Captain America gets a happy ending inAvengers:Endgame, going back in time to finally get that dance with Peggy Carter before living out the rest of his life with her – but exactly how old is he by the end of the movie? Between being frozen in the Arctic ice for 66 years, his modern adventures with the Avengers,Endgame‘s five-year time jump and Steve’s final trip back to the past, it can be hard to keep track. In the aftermath ofAvengers: Endgame, Steve is tasked with putting the Infinity Stones back in the past where they belong, but instead of returning to the time he left, he decides to go back even further into the past. The movie doesn’t say exactly what year he went back to, but in an interview withFandango screenwriter Christopher Markus pinpointed it as 1948. Steve then lived what was presumably a somewhat more quiet life with Peggy Carter. Depending on whether you ask the screenwriters or directors Joe and Anthony Russo, this life either took place in the main MCU timeline, or in an alternate timeline, with Cap just popping back to the original timeline to say hello to his friends and hand over the shield. Yes,Endgame‘s time travel mechanics are confusing.
Captain America’s exact age at the end ofAvengers: Endgamedepends on whether or not the scene takes place before or after his birthday, July 4th, but we’ll assume that it’s after. That means that after jumping back in time to 1948 at the age of 105 and then taking the slow road to 2023, the Steve Rogers that Sam greets on the bench is 180 years old, though physically only about 114 years old thanks to the anti-aging effects of Arctic freezing, and with the body of a man in his 70s or 80s thanks to the super-soldier serum.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) is an American media franchise and shared universe that is centered on a series of superhero films, independently produced by Marvel Studios and based on characters that appear in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. The franchise has expanded to include comic books, short films, television series, and digital series. The shared universe, much like the original Marvel Universe in comic books, was established by crossing over common plot elements, settings, cast, and characters. Phil Coulson, portrayed by Clark Gregg, is an original character to the MCU and the only character to appear across all its different media.

MY FAVORITE STAR
ROBERT DOWNEY Jr.
AFTER AVENGERS:END GAME
Several of the stars’ contracts will expire with that movie, including Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth (Thor), Mark Ruffalo, Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man), Scarlett Johansson and Jeremy Renner (Hawkeye).
Evans has been open about wanting to leave the franchise. On Oct. 4, Evans tweeted that he had wrapped filming on Avengers: Endgame and that playing Captain America “over the last 8 years has been an honor.”
Spider-Man will definitely survive the Infinity War movies because he’s contractually obligated to star in another two Spider-Man films. Tom Holland will return in Far From Home as geeky teen Peter Parker and Zendaya will appear as Mary Jane. In the movie, Peter and his friends head to Europe for summer vacation.
Peter will face off against classic Spidey villain Mysterio, played by Jake Gyllenhaal (who once auditioned to play the webslinger himself but lost out to Tobey Maguire). Though Robert Downey Jr. played a major role in the first film as Spider-Man’s mentor, Holland has confirmed that Iron Man won’t appear in Far From Home. (N.B. The events of Into the Spider-Verse and Venom have no effect on what happens in the Tom Holland movies. Think of them all as parallel universes.)
